Project type: One-time software QA / usability test (not full-time employment).

We are improving the tester onboarding experience on TestAPM.com. We need freelancers who currently LIVE IN one of our priority markets to walk through the registration flow and deliver a written QA report with screenshots. Eligible countries (must reside in one of these — do not apply if you are elsewhere): • Malaysia (MY) • Indonesia (ID) • India (IN) • Australia (AU) • Brazil (BR) • Germany (DE) • Italy (IT) • Japan (JP) • South Korea (KR) What you will do: • Complete our tester onboarding flow step by step (instructions provided after contract start via Upwork Messages only) • Capture screenshots at each major step • Document bugs, unclear copy, broken UI, errors, and UX friction • Submit a structured QA report Required deliverables (payment released after we accept the report): 1) Screenshot set with step captions 2) Bug/UX issue list (severity + steps to reproduce) 3) One-page summary (Pass/Fail per step + recommendations) This project does NOT require: • Personal funds or live payment purchases • Money transfer, remittance, crypto, or “purchase on behalf of client” activity • Any work or payment outside this Upwork contract Payment: One fixed-price milestone on Upwork only. Ideal applicant: • Current resident of one eligible country above (state your country in your proposal) • QA, UAT, or product testing experience (preferred) • Clear written English for the report • Can deliver within 3–5 days In your proposal, please include: 1) Country of residence (required) 2) Brief relevant QA experience 3) Confirmation you understand deliverables are a QA report, not a signup-only task We review proposals on Upwork only.
