Promote a book (already published by a publisher)

Summary

I’ve had a book published and want to promote it to relevant customers. It’s pretty niche-y, and in German. However the publisher is well-established but (as it’s just one of many of their books) cannot invest too much in promoting my book. The target audience is very well defined, and I do have a strategy in mind already but lack the time and rigor to execute it. If the first part of this job works out well, we can continue with the second part: finding a publisher for English- and Japanese-speaking markets. Important: No black-hat tactics, please. No fake reviews or anything similar. I’ll happily provide more details once I’ve shortlisted you. :)
