AI Prompt Engineer for AI Agents (LLMs, Prompt Design & Optimization)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs). Your primary responsibility will be creating structured prompts that improve reasoning, accuracy, reliability, and task execution across various business workflows. If you have experience building production-ready AI agents and understand how to get the best performance from models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar, we'd like to work with you. Responsibilities: Design and optimize prompts for AI agents. Improve response quality, reasoning, and consistency. Develop system prompts and reusable prompt libraries. Test prompts across different AI models and compare results. Reduce hallucinations and improve output accuracy. Work closely with developers to integrate prompts into AI workflows. Continuously refine prompts based on real-world usage and feedback. Required Skills: Strong experience with prompt engineering for LLMs. Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or other leading AI models. Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, memory, and reasoning workflows. Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge retrieval. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to document prompt strategies and best practices. Nice to Have: Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or Google AI Studio. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. Experience with Make.com, n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. Experience evaluating AI outputs and creating prompt testing frameworks.
