Proofread 5 Physiotherapy Exercise Instructions (Native American English)

We are Appercut, a company developing mobile apps. Our new product is a physiotherapy exercise app designed to help people with back and neck pain. The target audience is men and women aged 50+ living in the US. We need a native English speaker or an English editor with healthcare/physiotherapy experience to proofread exercise instructions for 5 exercises. The task includes: * Reviewing a Google Doc with instructions for 5 exercises. * The document contains both Russian and English versions. The English version needs to be proofread; the Russian version is provided only for reference. * We will also provide videos showing each exercise, so you can better understand the movement and check whether the instructions are clear and accurate.
