# Property Acquisition & Agent Outreach Coordinator (Remote) ## About Us We are a growing short-term rental management company operating premium furnished accommodation across Sydney, Australia. We lease residential properties long-term and operate them as professionally managed short-term accommodation. Our goal is to build strong relationships with real estate professionals and identify high-quality property opportunities throughout Sydney. We are seeking a confident and proactive Property Acquisition & Agent Outreach Coordinator to help us build relationships with real estate agents and identify landlords who may be open to working with a professional short-term rental operator. This is a long-term position with performance incentives and growth opportunities. --- ## Responsibilities ### Agent Outreach * Contact real estate agencies throughout Sydney via phone and email * Introduce our company and leasing model * Build professional relationships with property managers and leasing agents * Identify agents and landlords who may be open to leasing properties to a professional short-term rental operator * Maintain regular follow-up with agents to remain top-of-mind ### Lead Qualification * Gather property details including: * Listing link * Rent amount * Agent details * Landlord openness to STR operators * Ensure only qualified opportunities are passed to management * Schedule inspections and meetings where appropriate ### Database Management * Maintain an organised Google Sheets database * Record all calls, conversations, and outcomes * Track follow-up dates and agent relationships * Provide weekly outreach reports --- ## What We Are Looking For ### Essential * Excellent spoken and written English * Clear and professional phone manner * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable making outbound calls * Ability to handle rejection professionally * Reliable internet connection * Strong organisational skills * Ability to work independently ### Preferred * Appointment setting experience * Lead generation experience * Cold calling experience * Real estate experience * Australian customer service experience --- ## Success in This Role Success is measured by: * Consistently completing outbound call targets * Building relationships with Sydney real estate agents * Identifying landlords who are open to working with STR operators * Delivering qualified property opportunities * Generating inspections and meetings for management Target outreach volume is approximately 50 outbound calls per day.
