UK Property Development Research Analyst – Find Residential Plots with Development Potential

I am looking for a UK property development researcher to identify residential properties with potential for new dwelling development. The focus is on opportunities such as: - Side garden development - Corner plot development - Side garage redevelopment - Infill plots - Garden subdivision opportunities - Detached or End of terraced dwelling opportunities Initial focus area: - South East London (Greenwich, Thamesmead, Abbey Wood, Bexley, Dartford (DA) area) You will use online tools such as: - Google Maps - Google Earth Pro - UK Planning Portals - Searchland - LandInsight - Nimbus Maps - Any other land or property development related tools Your task: 1. Review residential properties in and around SE London. 2. Identify properties with potential for an additional dwelling. 3. Check nearby planning approvals and precedents. 4. Assess access, parking, plot configuration and development potential. 5. Provide a spreadsheet of shortlisted opportunities. For each opportunity provide: - Property address - Google Maps link - Satellite screenshot - Street View screenshot - Estimated plot dimensions - Type of opportunity (side garden, corner plot, garage etc.) - Nearby planning precedents - Planning constraints identified - Development potential summary - Overall score (1-100) Please include in your proposal: 1. Have you previously worked on UK property development, planning or land sourcing projects? 2. Have you used Searchland, LandInsight, Nimbus Maps or similar tools? 3. How would you identify a residential property suitable for a new detached dwelling? 4. Please provide examples of similar work completed. Initially we will require 50-100 plots as leads. This project may become an ongoing engagement for the right candidate.
