Summary

We are a U.S.-based property solutions company looking for a highly organized, fluent English-speaking Maintenance Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator to manage property repair and maintenance requests for landlords and property managers in the United States. You will be the first point of contact when tenants or landlords report issues such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, or general repair needs. Your job is to ensure every issue is quickly assigned, scheduled, and resolved through our network of contractors. Key Responsibilities You will answer incoming maintenance requests via phone, email, and messaging systems. You will collect and document issue details clearly including property address, urgency, and problem type. You will create and manage work orders in our system. You will contact and coordinate local U.S. contractors such as plumbers, electricians, and handymen. You will obtain price quotes and confirm availability. You will schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently. You will provide updates to landlords and property managers. You will follow up to ensure job completion and quality. You will also maintain clean records of all communications and tasks. Required Skills Excellent spoken and written English is required. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. You must be able to stay calm under pressure, especially during emergency maintenance situations. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented. You must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones. You should be a fast learner and a good problem solver. Preferred Experience Experience in real estate, property management, or dispatching is preferred. Background in virtual assistance or call center work is an advantage. Familiarity with U.S. geography and time zones is helpful. Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus but not required. Work Schedule This is a night shift role aligned with U.S. business hours in Bangladesh time. It is a full-time position requiring 40 to 50 hours per week. It is a long-term role with strong growth potential. Compensation You will receive a competitive monthly salary based on experience. Performance bonuses will be available based on efficiency and client satisfaction. There is also long-term growth opportunity into a team lead or operations manager role.
