The goal is to ensure accurate records, proper expense classification, and complete financial reporting. Scope of Work: • Review and categorize transactions • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Classify rental income and expenses • Review owner draws and transfers • Correct bookkeeping errors • Prepare reports for tax purposes Requirements: • Property management bookkeeping experience • Knowledge of rental property accounting • QuickBooks experience preferred • Reconciliation expertise • Strong attention to detail"
