Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our growing short-term rental management company. We currently manage approximately 29 vacation and furnished rental properties using OwnerRez and are looking for a long-term team member to help oversee guest communications, operations coordination, occupancy optimization, and administrative support. This is not a simple administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, solve problems, communicate professionally, and help ensure our guests have exceptional experiences.
