Property Management VA — Rent Manager Experience Required (Part-Time, 3 hrs/day)

We manage manufactured home communities and RV parks in Arizona and need a detail-oriented VA to run leasing, collections, and admin ops. Required: Rent Manager experience — non-negotiable. This is a complex, bandwidth-heavy system. If you haven't used it, please don't apply. Strong, stable internet connection and a reliable computer (Rent Manager is slow and resource-intensive — this will not work on weak wifi or an underpowered machine) Collections experience (payment reminders, demand notices, payment plans) Able to prepare and send leases/documents directly through Rent Manager (no DocuSign — all document prep and e-signing happens inside Rent Manager) Preferred: Experience advertising/managing listings on Facebook, TikTok, and Craigslist What you'll do: Lead follow-up (calls/texts) through to showing or close-out Process applications and communicate with tenants Fill out and send leases and other documents through Rent Manager Collections: delinquency follow-up, payment plans, tracking by unit Manage/refresh listings across Craigslist, MLS, other platforms Update Rent Manager records and our weekly ops report Draft tenant notices and violation letters Coordinate scheduling with onsite managers via WhatsApp Tools: Rent Manager (including document prep/e-sign), phone dialer system, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Craigslist/MLS Hours: 3 hrs/day, part-time To apply: tell us your specific experience with Rent Manager — including preparing and sending documents through it — and describe your internet setup and computer (provider/speed, device).
