Summary

We are a growing HMO property management business based in England, UK. Our first HMO goes live in August 2025 and we are scaling to 4–6 new HMOs per year. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Virtual Assistant to take full ownership of the back-end operations of our lettings business — so that we can focus entirely on growth. This role starts part-time and will grow to full-time as our portfolio expands. We need someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with tenants, and keep everything running smoothly without needing to be chased.
