Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support our short-term rental operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English, comfortable communicating directly with guests, and experienced with property management software. Schedule Candidates must be available and responsive between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM Eastern Time. This position includes handling time-sensitive guest concerns and escalations during the scheduled shift. Responsibilities Monitor and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist guests with check-in, access issues, property questions, and other concerns Manage and review reservations across multiple booking platforms Update reservation details, guest information, notes, and tasks Identify and escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance professionals, and management Document guest concerns, resolutions, refunds, and follow-up actions Monitor calendars and help prevent scheduling conflicts or double bookings Follow company procedures, communication standards, and escalation protocols Maintain organized and accurate records within the company’s task-management systems Required Qualifications Fluent in written and spoken English Strong professional writing and communication skills Previous experience supporting short-term rentals or vacation rental properties Experience using OwnerRez, Guesty, and Hospitable Ability to remain calm and professional when handling upset guests Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable internet connection and computer access Ability to work independently and respond promptly during the assigned shift Preferred Qualifications Experience using ClickUp and Asana Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com Experience coordinating with cleaners, maintenance teams, and property owners Knowledge of reservation management, guest screening, and property access procedures
