Property Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental portfolio, which includes both Long-Term Rentals (LTR) and Short-Term Rentals (STR). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing rental properties remotely. You will be responsible for ensuring high occupancy rates, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships, handling guest and tenant communications, and maintaining accurate records. My property manager will be responsible for communications on the AirBnb platform, as well as other short-term rental platforms, coordinating cleanings, check-ins, check-outs, and keeping various real estate owners up to date on current short-term rental activities. There is also a communications component to being my property manager which includes checking Facebook Messenger, NextDoor.com, Neighbor.com, Zillow, and other sites as assigned. Occasionally, we source new contractors and will need to market on various online sites and be able to coordinate with new contractors to make repairs as needed. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in US real estate practices and capable of handling property-related concerns, including constructions, repairs, tenant coordination, and property monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing and monitoring property operations. 2. Coordinate construction, repairs, and maintenance work. 3. Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and the internal team. 4. Use property management tools (such as DoorLoop and Rentec) to manage records, tasks, and property information. 5. Monitor properties during weekends and address urgent concerns if needed. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in US Real Estate. 2. Strong background or extensive experience in construction, repairs, and property maintenance. 3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). 4. Familiarity with property management tools such as DoorLoop and Rentec. 5. Available to work 20 to 30 hours a week, including at least 2 hours every weekend for property monitoring.
