The ideal candidate will have proven experience in LinkedIn prospecting, outreach campaigns, and appointment setting, with strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with prospects. ### Main Objective: Generate qualified business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through LinkedIn outreach. ### Key Responsibilities: * Research and identify relevant prospects within the property, lettings, landlord, and real estate sectors * Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and messaging sequences * Engage with prospects through professional and personalised communication * Follow up consistently to nurture conversations and build relationships * Qualify leads and convert suitable prospects into booked appointments * Track outreach activity, responses, and appointment outcomes * Provide regular updates on campaign performance and lead progress ### Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, sales outreach, or appointment setting * Strong written English and professional communication skills * Experience working with property, lettings, real estate, or related industries is highly desirable * Understanding of UK property market and landlord/client audiences is a plus * Ability to work independently, manage outreach activity, and achieve targets * Organised with strong attention to detail
