Property Photographer for Children's Project

We are seeking an experienced and professional property photographer/videographer to visit and capture high-quality visual content for a children’s residential home. This project requires someone with strong experience in real estate media, who can present the environment in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner, suitable for stakeholders, local authorities, and families. Scope of Work 1. Professional Photography • High-resolution interior and exterior images • Well-lit, edited, and colour-corrected • Focus on showcasing: o Bedrooms and communal spaces o Outdoor areas o Living spaces and facilities • Minimum: 20–30 edited images 2. Video Walkthroughs (3 Versions Required) Video 1 – Standard Walkthrough • Smooth, high-quality walkthrough of the entire home • Stabilised footage (gimbal preferred) • Natural environment audio or light ambient sound Video 2 – Presented Walkthrough • Includes Registered Manager on camera • Manager introduces and showcases the home with commentary • Professionally edited with: o Background music o Clear audio (lapel mic preferred) o Subtitles (optional but preferred) Video 3 – Interactive Walkthrough Tour • A clickable/interactive tour experience similar to Rightmove virtual tours • Viewers can navigate between rooms (e.g. hotspots/buttons) • Can be delivered via: o 360° tour software OR o Interactive video platform (please specify your approach) • Must be easy to share via link and compatible on desktop/mobile Requirements • Proven experience in property or real estate photography/videography • Portfolio demonstrating similar work (REQUIRED) • Ability to produce clean, bright, welcoming visuals • Experience with interactive or 360° tours is essential • Professional audio setup for speaking segments • Full editing included in deliverables • Branded intro and outro on videos Deliverables • Edited photos (web + high resolution) • 3 fully edited videos • Interactive tour link/file • All files delivered digitally Timeline • Filming: 1 day on-site • Final delivery: Within 3-7 days of shoot
