As our proposal volume and business development efforts continue to grow, we are adding additional members to our proposal writing team to support ongoing and upcoming opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to support our business development efforts for U.S. government contracts and prime contractor opportunities within the defense, logistics, and federal services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that align with client requirements, government standards, and competitive positioning. You will work closely with our internal team to manage proposal development, refine technical and management messaging, and ensure all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a professional who can contribute consistently to our proposal lifecycle and help strengthen our capture and bidding efforts. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, write, edit, and finalize proposals for U.S. government and prime contractor solicitations * Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and management to gather proposal content * Ensure proposals align with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) requirements * Support compliance with C-TIPS and other government contracting standards and regulations * Improve proposal quality, formatting, messaging, and win themes * Maintain proposal schedules, content libraries, and submission deadlines * Assist with capability statements, past performance write-ups, and other business development materials Requirements: * Proven experience writing proposals for U.S. government contracts and major prime contractors * Strong understanding of FAR and CTIPS regulations and federal procurement processes * Experience supporting defense, logistics, federal services, or overseas government support contracts is highly preferred * Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills
