Proposal Writer for US SLED & Government Contracting

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer with a proven track record of developing proposals for US State, Local, and Education (SLED) and other US government contracting opportunities. Our clients regularly pursue government contracts and need an experienced professional who can develop clear, compliant, and compelling responses. Responsibilities include writing and editing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, reviewing solicitation requirements to ensure compliance, developing persuasive proposal content, collaborating with client teams, and meeting proposal deadlines. We’re looking for someone with proven experience writing proposals for US SLED or government contracts, a strong understanding of the US government procurement process, and excellent English writing and communication skills. Experience with IT, software development, or professional services proposals is a plus.
