Trademark Attorney Needed for Biotech Company Sarcomatrix Therapeutics is seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to manage trademark clearance, filing, prosecution, and brand protection for our biotechnology company. The engagement will include: Trademark clearance searches and written risk opinions USPTO application preparation and filing Selection of appropriate International Classes, including Class 5 Office Action responses and prosecution through registration Intent-to-use and Statement of Use filings Trademark docketing and maintenance Review of ownership and chain-of-title issues Advice regarding international protection and trademark monitoring Clearance of a separate consumer health brand and several alternative names We are specifically looking for an attorney with demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, dietary supplement, or other Class 5 trademark matters, including likelihood-of-confusion analysis. We prefer a flat-fee structure by phase or deliverable, rather than open-ended hourly billing.
