Prototype Builder for Web Apps - Claude Code, DE/EN
Worldwide
We’re a Germany-based SaaS company with a global reach, powered by an amazing and diverse international remote team. We're looking for someone who can turn an idea into a working prototype of web business software in hours/days, not months - using Claude Code on top of our existing framework and our internal skill library. This is not a "write a spec and hand it to a dev team" role. You build. You ship something clickable, then we look at it together, then you iterate. Our framework already handles auth, tenancy, billing, and the standard CRUD scaffolding, and our Claude Code skills encode our conventions - so your job is to move fast inside a system that's already set up for speed. German is mandatory. Our products, our customers, and much of our domain context (invoicing, tax, HR, German business processes) are German-language. You need to read a German requirements note or listen to a German voice memo and know what to build. What you'll do - Build functional prototypes of new products, modules, and internal tools - Work from rough input: a voice memo, a sketch, a Linear ticket, a competitor screenshot - Use Claude Code as your primary tool, and get genuinely good at it - prompting, skills, subagents, context management - Extend and improve our internal skills and framework so the next prototype is faster than the last - Present what you built, take direct feedback, and rebuild fast when the answer is "no, not like that" - Hand over cleanly when a prototype graduates into a real product Your profile - Solid German & English - Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code - this is the core skill, not a nice-to-have - Comfortable in someone else's codebase and conventions rather than starting from scratch your way - GitHub-based workflows, no hand-holding needed Bonus: AWS, Cloudflare, Linux, Elixir, PHP How we work Async-first. Slack, Linear, GitHub, occasional MS Teams. Short and direct beats long and formal - a two-minute voice message is better than a five-paragraph email. No Scrum ceremonies, no Prince2, no big up-front plans. We care about what works and how quickly you get there. Monday to Friday, with real overlap to European hours. How to apply Please include: 1. One paragraph in German telling us about the last thing you built with an AI coding agent - what it was, how long it took, what you'd do differently. 2. A link or screenshots of something real you shipped (repo, staging URL, screen recording - anything we can actually look at). 3. Which AI coding tools you use daily, and one specific trick or setup that makes you faster than the average user. Applications without a German paragraph won't be reviewed.
