Provider & Referral Relations Manager

Join our team as a Provider & Referral Relations Manager to enhance our network of healthcare providers and referral sources. This is not a sales position focused on cold calling alone. The Referral Specialist will serve as the face of Keystone Therapy within the community, building trusted relationships with Service Coordinators, County EI Programs, Preschools, Daycares, Hospitals, Pediatricians, Social Workers, Behavioral Health Organizations, and Community Partners. The primary objective is to create a steady and sustainable referral pipeline that generates qualified referrals for Early Intervention services while positioning Keystone Therapy as a preferred provider throughout the region. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, proactive, and highly skilled at relationship management, follow-up, and networking.
