Job Title: Provider & Team Onboarding Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote – U.S. Time Zones) About the Role We are a fast-growing healthcare operations company supporting skilled nursing facilities and healthcare providers with streamlined onboarding, supply workflows, and operational support systems. We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to help ensure smooth onboarding experiences for both external providers and internal team members. Position Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Provider & Team Onboarding Coordinator responsible for managing onboarding workflows for new providers, facilities, and internal hires. This is a remote role requiring availability within U.S. standard time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific), with core working hours aligned to U.S. business hours. Estimated commitment: 20–25 hours per week, with potential for expansion. Responsibilities Provider & Facility Onboarding Manage onboarding process for new healthcare providers and facilities Send, track, and follow up on onboarding documentation Schedule kickoff calls and training sessions Ensure all required onboarding steps are completed prior to go-live Maintain accurate records across internal systems (CRM and operational tools) Coordinate cross-platform account setup and access Serve as primary onboarding point of contact for providers Communicate professionally with facility leadership and internal teams Internal Team Onboarding Coordinate onboarding for new hires and contractors Set up accounts, access, and system permissions Prepare onboarding materials and checklists Track completion of onboarding tasks and training requirements Coordinate business cards, documentation, and system setup Ensure a consistent and structured onboarding experience across roles Operations & Administrative Support Maintain onboarding trackers and internal documentation Update CRM and project management systems Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items Assist in improving onboarding workflows and SOPs Support additional operational tasks as needed Qualifications Experience in onboarding, operations coordination, administrative support, or customer success Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong ability to learn and adapt to new software systems Preferred Experience Healthcare, DME, or skilled nursing facility experience CRM experience (Zoho preferred) Google Workspace experience Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) Experience with HR onboarding or client onboarding workflows Schedule Requirements Remote position Must be available during U.S. standard business hours (aligned with Eastern Time preferred) Flexibility within typical 8am–6pm ET business window preferred
