I-O Psychology / Psychometrics Expert for Cultural Review of Workplace Survey

We are hiring multiple subject matter experts to support the cultural review of a workplace assessment based on Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS). Number of experts We expect to hire: - 20–30 professionals based across Latin America - 20–30 French-speaking professionals based in Canada For Latin America, we are looking for representation from several countries. For Canada, we are looking for French-speaking professionals from Québec and other provinces. Required background Applicants must have a degree, formal training, or relevant professional experience in at least one of the following areas: - Industrial-organizational psychology - Psychometrics - Selection science - Workplace assessment - Employee selection or competency-based evaluation Applicants must also have professional or cultural knowledge of the country or region they represent. Scope of work Selected experts will complete an online survey reviewing workplace behaviors and assessment indicators. The review will focus on whether the content: - is culturally appropriate in the local workplace - reflects realistic workplace behavior - is relevant to high and low performance - requires changes or clarification Each participant will review approximately 4–6 behavioral indicators and complete a short open-ended section. The expected maximum time is 1 hour. Deliverable - One completed and accepted online survey. Compensation Fixed price: $120 USD per completed survey Timeline Survey launch: mid to late August Completion required by mid-September The final survey and instructions will be provided before the work begins.
