Public Cloud Resilience and DR Review Infrastructure and Platform Assessment • Assess the GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) cluster configurations, including node pool topology, zone distribution, autoscaling, and workload deployment manifests. • Review Istio service mesh configuration including mesh policy, virtual services, destination rules, peer authentication, and control-plane resilience. • Assess Azure DevOps organisation, repository, and pipeline configuration and any backup or export arrangements in place. • Review EDM (Azure Cognitive Services) service inventory, configuration, and resilience arrangements. • Assess Ratabase (PostgreSQL) deployment configuration, backup policy, and recovery Integration Layer Assessment • Review TIBCO EMS deployment topology, clustering configuration, message persistence settings, and documented recovery and restart/reconnection procedures. • Assess Azure API Management (APIM) instance configuration, zone redundancy, and policy set. • Evaluate DNS and load balancing / ingress failover configuration across both cloud platforms. Scenario and Dependency Analysis • Lead the infrastructure and platform elements of failure Scenarios 3–6 (cloud region/zone failure, container platform failure, and integration layer failure). • Produce and maintain the infrastructure layer of the cross-domain dependency map, identifying recovery tiers and gate conditions for platform and integration services. • Contribute infrastructure and platform inputs to RTO/RPO gap analysis and the end-to-end IBS journey recovery assessment.
