Project Support: - Collaborate with the research team to support various aspects of the survey project, such as data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Assist in the development of survey materials, including questionnaires, instructions, and promotional materials. - Contribute to project planning and strategy discussions, offering insights and recommendations based on your experience and expertise. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., public policy, education, social sciences). - Previous experience in project administration, communications, or customer service roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other relevant software applications. - Experience working with State agencies, in educational settings in Maine, or with survey research projects is preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting research initiatives and improving student health outcomes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! Hours and Scope: Hours will vary with the survey cycle, from roughly 15/week during quieter planning periods up to 35/week during peak recruitment and administration. We're flexible on scheduling and understand this may not be your only engagement — what matters is responsiveness to schools during Maine business hours and availability that scales up during the peak window.
