Summary

Job Title: Global Public Policy Consultant: Translate Reform Concepts into Policy Proposals Project Overview:I am seeking an experienced and strategic Public Policy Consultant to help shape, document, and prepare sweeping global reforms for pitching. I have developed a comprehensive framework of ideas and visions for transformative changes across three sectors: Workplace/Labor, Medical/Healthcare, and Education. I will share these concepts with you d9irectly through consultations and notes. Your goal is to take my core ideas and translate them into professional, government-ready policy proposals designed for international authorities, governments, and NGOs. Note: You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before our initial consultation to protect the intellectual property of these concepts. What I Am Looking For (Client Note): I have zero professional background or experience in public policy, government relations, or global advocacy. I am strictly the visionary with the core ideas. Therefore, I am looking for an expert who can take the lead with absolute clarity. You must be able to provide a clear roadmap and explain exactly what needs to be done to get these reforms structured, strategically positioned, and ultimately rippled out to be adopted across the world. I am relying heavily on your expertise to navigate this entire ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Concept Synthesis: Listen to my reform ideas, review my notes, and extract the core public policy objectives. Proposal Writing: Draft formal, highly persuasive policy briefs, white papers, and executive summaries based on our discussions. Target Mapping: Identify the exact global authorities, regulatory bodies, and international NGOs (e.g., UN bodies, WHO, ILO, UNESCO) best suited for these proposals. Strategic Alignment: Ensure the final documents reflect professional policy language and align with global socioeconomic standards. Project Scope & Phased Milestones: This project will be managed in strict phases. The immediate priority is documentation, with the potential to extend the contract for advocacy and outreach later. Phase 1: Sign NDA and conduct an initial briefing consultation to discuss the concepts. Phase 2: Draft the Workplace/Labor Reform policy document. Phase 3: Draft the Medical/Healthcare Reform policy document. Phase 4: Draft the Educational Reform policy document. Phase 5 (Optional/Future): Develop a stakeholder outreach plan and potentially assist with pitching. Qualifications: Proven experience in public policy, international relations, or legal frameworks. Demonstrated track record of drafting policy briefs, white papers, or advocacy documents for governments or major NGOs. Preferred: A track record of drafting proposals that have been formally submitted to, reviewed by, or presented before government bodies or multilateral organizations (e.g., UN agencies, G20 committees). **Preferred: Experience mapping out successful advocacy or stakeholder engagement campaigns that achieved measurable client objectives. Deep understanding of global international frameworks (healthcare, labor laws, and educational standards). Excellent active listening skills to effectively extract and build upon a client's raw vision. Absolute discretion and experience handling confidential intellectual property. How to Apply: Please submit your proposal detailing your relevant public policy experience. Confirm your willingness to sign an NDA prior to our first consultation. Please include 1–2 writing samples of policy briefs or white papers you have previously authored.
