Key Tasks: Verify if the target individual entered into a marriage or a divorce in the US (specifically NY/NJ area) between 1999 and 2005 inclusive. Locate any potential federal or immigration-related court cases involving this individual and their former spouse (Gennady Zendel) during or after this period. Only the Case Number/Docket Number is required; full document retrieval is optional. Requirements for the Freelancer: Location: Must be based in the United States (due to data access restrictions).
