Publish My Book on Amazon Kindle (KDP) – Includes Cover Title Update

I need my finished nonfiction ebook published on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), including a title update to the cover file. This book is: Fully written Professionally formatted Professionally designed — cover complete, but the title on it needs to be updated (I have the raw PSD; final title text will be provided at contract start) Already live on Barnes & Noble, Kobo, and Apple Books via Draft2Digital — not yet on Amazon Audience: nurse leaders, clinical managers, and executive-track clinicians. What I need done: Cover update: edit the provided PSD to swap in the new title text (final wording provided at kickoff), matching the existing design/typography, export a KDP-compliant cover file. Confirm the manuscript is Kindle-compatible for KDP upload; reformat only if something is actually broken. Set up metadata: title/subtitle (using the new title), book description, 2–3 categories, 7 backend keywords, pricing and royalty option. A brief, justified recommendation: KDP Select exclusivity vs. wide distribution, given the book is already on Draft2Digital. Publish and confirm the listing is live, with a Kindle-previewer QA check. Not in scope: paperback/hardcover, Amazon Advertising, listing copywriting/CRO, ongoing SEO, marketing of any kind, or updates to the Barnes & Noble/Kobo/Apple listings (handled separately by me). Deliverable: updated cover file + one live, correctly formatted Kindle ebook listing on Amazon, with the new title reflected in both the cover and metadata. Timeline: cover edit within 3 days of receiving final title text; listing live within 1 week after that.
