Punch-up writer to make our LinkedIn posts hit a nerve and not be boring!

Summary

Our LinkedIn content is good but not like wow ... This breaks the mould let me read everything this guy posts cause It's entertaining, polarising etc It's well-researched, on message, We've already got a ghostwriter, and he's solid on the substance. What's missing is the person who comes in after him and adds the part that makes someone actually stop scrolling. A bit of rhythm. Some teeth. A line that turns a corner they didn't see coming. We're hiring for the punch-up, not the first draft. Now the part that trips people up. This isn't stand-up. We sell web-scraping and proxy infrastructure to developers and people building AI agents. Our audience debugs things for a living and can smell try-hard from three time zones away. So the humor has to be smart and native to LinkedIn, the kind that makes an engineer exhale through their nose instead of scrolling past. We want the posts to feel visceral and fun to read, but comedy is the tool here, not the whole job. You'd be sharpening posts for a few different voices: me (founder), my cofounder, our sales team, and our head of customer experience. A sales post can swagger. A CX post should read like a hug with good grammar. Part of the gig is knowing when to shout and when to whisper. Here's what winning looks like. People screenshot our posts. Someone replies "this is the only company account I actually read." A competitor quietly wonders who we hired. How it works: we send you 2 or 3 real drafts and you punch them up. We see if the chemistry is there. It's a paid test. If it clicks, this turns into steady ongoing work. To apply, read this part. Skip the cover letter that opens with "I am writing to express my interest." Instead: Send me one thing you've written or punched up that you're actually proud of. Tell me one brand whose LinkedIn presence you think is secretly hilarious, and why. Make your message fun to read. This is the audition. If you bore me here, the test won't save us.
