Python & AI Automation Developer: Ongoing Technical Support Retainer

We run a small product team and use Python across several internal tools and AI workflows. Nothing is broken right now, but things need regular attention: a script needs updating, an API integration needs tweaking, new logic needs adding to something we already built. Looking for a Python developer on a monthly retainer. The work is ongoing and low volume, not a sprint. You will mostly be picking up tasks as they come, reviewing existing code, and keeping things running cleanly. What we need: - Solid Python and able to read code you did not write - Comfortable with LLM APIs, specifically OpenAI and Anthropic - Sends updates without being asked - Available consistently for a few hours a week The hours will vary week to week but stay predictable month to month. We are not looking for someone to build from scratch. We need someone reliable who knows what they are doing and does not need hand-holding. If you have done retainer or support work before, you are probably the right fit.
