About the RoleWe're looking for an AI Python Automation Specialist who can build intelligent automation systems that combine the power of Python, AI/LLMs, and modern automation tools. You'll work on projects that eliminate manual processes, integrate AI into business workflows, and create scalable systems that save time and drive efficiency.This isn't a role about building proof-of-concepts that never ship — we need someone who can take an idea from "we should automate this" to a production-ready system that runs reliably 24/7.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation Development Design, develop, and deploy Python-based automation solutions integrating AI/LLM capabilities Build intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector databases Create AI-powered workflows that handle decision-making, data extraction, and process automation Develop chatbots, voice agents, and conversational AI systems Python Development Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code following best practices Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django Create automation scripts for data processing, web scraping, and ETL pipelines Develop microservices and serverless functions for AI workloads Implement proper error handling, logging, and monitoring Integration & Workflow Automation Build workflows using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier with custom Python extensions Integrate with third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, CRMs) Connect AI systems with databases, cloud storage, and business applications Automate data synchronization between platforms (CRM, email, Slack, databases) Create webhook-driven automation systems LLM & NLP Engineering Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance Build NLP pipelines for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction Fine-tune language models for domain-specific use cases Work with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases Optimize LLM costs through caching, batching, and smart routing Production & Deployment Deploy AI systems to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Monitor system performance and optimize for cost and speed Implement security best practices (API key management, data privacy, rate limiting) Document code, architecture, and integration points Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have: 3-6 years of Python development experience Strong hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLMs Experience building AI agents or automation workflows in production Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks Solid understanding of RAG systems and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Qdrant) Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for backend development Strong knowledge of REST APIs and webhook integrations Experience with n8n, Make.com, or Zapier for workflow automation Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis) Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Nice-to-Have: Experience with voice AI platforms (Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, Twilio) Knowledge of multi-agent systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) Experience with fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF) Familiarity with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers) Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform) Experience with web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright) Understanding of prompt engineering advanced techniques Previous work with CRM automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) What You'll Build 🤖 AI Agents that automate research, lead qualification, and customer support 📞 Voice AI Systems for sales calls, appointment booking, and IVR 📄 Document AI for intelligent parsing, extraction, and classification ⚡ Workflow Automation that connects multiple business tools with AI decision-making 💬 Chatbots for websites, WhatsApp, Slack, and CRM platforms 🔗 API Integrations that bring AI capabilities into existing systems 📊 Data Pipelines that process, enrich, and analyze data automatically
