Python Full Stack Developer with AI API Integration Experience for healthcare SaaS

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer for AI API Integration with strong expertise in healthcare, life sciences, and regulated environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and integrating AI-powered solutions into healthcare platforms while ensuring compliance, security, and operational reliability. Requirements: • 10+ years of software engineering experience • Strong Python expertise (Django, Flask, FastAPI) • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms • AI API integration and LLM implementation experience • Healthcare, payer, pharma, or clinical technology background • Experience working with HIPAA-compliant systems • Strong API architecture and backend development skills • Experience building scalable SaaS products Nice to Have: • CMS-regulated healthcare experience • Clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or medical documentation systems • Prior authorization, utilization management, claims processing, or care management workflows • RAG systems, NLP, and AI agents • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes Responsibilities: • Design and implement AI-powered healthcare workflows • Integrate AI models into existing software platforms • Build secure and scalable backend services and APIs • Advise on AI architecture and production deployment • Collaborate with product and engineering teams • Ensure reliability, compliance, and maintainability of AI solutions Please include examples of healthcare AI, clinical technology, payer systems, or other regulated-industry projects you have worked on.
