Looking for a Python developer to build a lightweight script that monitors rental listings on Zumper.com and saves new properties to a CSV file. Requirements: Custom URL: Accept any Zumper search URL with filters (city, price, beds). Auto-Monitor: Run on a schedule (e.g. every 3–15 mins) to catch new listings. Deduplication: Only save new, unseen listings (no duplicate rows in CSV). Data Extracted: Title, Price, Beds/Baths, Sqft, Full Address, Listing URL, and Amenities. Clean Code: Well-structured Python code with an easy settings.py file to change URLs
