Python code for convenient Notion ↔ Folder synchronization, optimized for running in Cursor.

Project Background and Objectives: My local folder contains: A: One detailed Excel workbook (.xlsx) listing all thoughts/ideas needed for a task. It includes ~10 tags, each tag containing ~15 pieces of content, with every item numbered. B: ~40 Markdown (.md) files. I need a Python script that runs easily inside Cursor with the following capabilities: 1. Notion Display: Show the Excel file in a flexible Notion main interface, with each Markdown file appearing as its own sub-interface/tab. It can be a fixed, static page that only supports fixed docking/integration, but it cannot be a table in Notion. 2. Push to Notion: Sync/push the local files (Excel + MDs) to Notion in the above structure (one main page for the Excel content + child/sub-pages for each MD file). 3. Pull from Notion: Load content from Notion and update/modify the corresponding local files (two-way sync). Deliverables: .py files and some files that I can run directly in Cursor. Timeline: 1~4days
