QLab Show Control Freelancer

We are looking for an experienced QLab/show-control freelancer to help us build and configure the playback system for an immersive tasting room experience. --- Project Overview --- We are producing a scripted, guide-led immersive experience for a distillery. The room includes synchronized video, audio, lighting cues, and live guide-triggered moments. The experience is built around three digital canvases. The show includes pre-rendered video assets, ambient audio, localized program audio, lighting changes, and cue points triggered by the tour guide during the live experience. --- What We Need --- We need someone to help us design, build, and test the QLab configuration for the room. Responsibilities may include: * Build the QLab workspace for the VIP room experience * Configure three synchronized video canvases * Set up cue stacks for guide-triggered show moments * Coordinate video, audio, and lighting triggers * Configure QLab to send lighting/control commands via DMX, OSC, UDP/TCP, Art-Net, or other agreed protocol * Help define best practices for asset formatting, naming, timing, and cue organization * Support testing and troubleshooting * Create a clear handoff document so non-technical staff can operate the show reliably --- Deliverables --- Expected deliverables include: * Working QLab workspace * Organized cue structure * Three-canvas playback configuration * Audio routing configuration * Lighting/control trigger configuration * Operator-friendly guide controls * Testing support * Documentation for operation and troubleshooting --- Project Status --- The room design, script, and AV architecture are already in progress. We are now looking for a QLab specialist to help make the playback and control system robust, maintainable, and ready for installation.
