Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Specialist – Global Factory Coordination (Printing & Bag Making) Position Overview: We are seeking an expert Quality Control (QC) Specialist to coordinate QC operations and oversee printing and bag making processes across a global network of factories. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, facilitating communication across international teams, and managing comprehensive QC production reports. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in quality assurance, printing, bag manufacturing, and global supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate QC activities, printing, and bag making operations across multiple international factories. * Develop, implement, and monitor quality control standards and procedures for printing and bag manufacturing at all production sites. * Collect, analyze, and manage QC production data, generating detailed reports for internal and client review. * Conduct remote audits of factories to ensure compliance with company and industry standards in printing and bag production. * Serve as the primary point of contact between global factories, internal teams, and external partners regarding QC, printing, and bag making issues. * Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with manufacturing teams. * Train and mentor factory QC staff to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality standards in both printing and bag manufacturing. * Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency for printing and bag making operations. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). * Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control, with at least 3 years in global manufacturing (printing and bag making experience required). * Demonstrated expertise in printing processes, bag manufacturing, and QC reporting. * Proven track record of coordinating quality assurance across multiple international sites. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones. * Proficiency in QC software, data analysis tools, and report generation. * Ability to travel internationally as needed. Preferred: * Six Sigma or other quality certification. * Multilingual capabilities. Location & Work Schedule: * The QC Specialist will be based in New Jersey for three weeks each month and travel to Mexico for one week per month to work on-site with local teams. Additional international travel may be required based on business needs. Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits based on experience.
