Quality Control Specialist – Web Deliverables (Med Spa Marketing Agency)

Quality Control Specialist – Web Deliverables (Med Spa Marketing Agency) About the role Tier3 Media is a digital marketing agency working exclusively with medical spas and aesthetic practices. Our web team builds and manages client websites, and we need a dedicated Quality Control specialist to catch errors before deliverables reach clients, not after. Right now, small mistakes are slipping through under time pressure. A treatment menu gets miscategorized, an imagery choice doesn't match the client's actual patient base, a requested edit gets marked done when part of it was missed. None of these are complicated fixes, but they erode client trust fast in an industry where our clients expect us to be the aesthetics experts. We need someone whose entire job is to catch these things before they go out the door. What you will actually do You will take every web deliverable, whether it is a new build, a page revision, or a small client-requested edit, and check it line by line against what was actually asked for. That means comparing the final output against the original brief, the style guide, the call notes, and any specific client requests, and confirming each item was addressed correctly before it is marked complete. You will use a structured QA checklist for each project (built in Google Docs and attached to the relevant ClickUp task) and physically check off each item as you verify it. For smaller edit requests, you will work from the client's own list of asks and confirm each one against the delivered change. You will flag anything that does not match, whether that is a factual error, a mismatched image, a missed edit, or something that does not reflect the client's brand or patient demographic, and route it back before it reaches the client. Over time, you will help us build out a repeatable Definition of Done framework so quality checks are consistent across every project rather than dependent on any one person remembering to look. What we are looking for You have real experience doing quality assurance or editorial review work, ideally for web design, web development, or content deliverables. You are the kind of person who naturally notices when something is off, a wrong category, a mismatched detail, an inconsistency between what was promised and what was built, without needing to be told to look for it. You are comfortable working inside ClickUp and Google Docs, and you do not need someone managing you to stay organized. You can read a brief or a call summary and hold the final output accountable to it, rather than just checking that something technically exists on the page. Experience with medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare-adjacent content is a strong plus, since understanding why certain details (imagery, treatment terminology, demographic representation) matter to this client base will make you faster and more effective in this role.
