Quality & Validation Trainer (Pharma/Medical Device)

We are a US-based Staffing & Consulting firm looking to hire an experienced Quality & Validation Trainer to design and deliver a training program for entry-level candidates aiming to enter Quality/Validation roles in the Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Device industries. This is a high-level, foundational training program — not a deep-dive single-topic course. The goal is to prepare candidates with broad conceptual understanding and job-readiness across multiple validation domains, so they can confidently interview for entry-level roles such as Process Validation Associate, CSV Analyst, QA/QC Associate, or Validation Engineer. Topics to be covered (high-level, not exhaustive expertise required in all): GxP fundamentals (GMP, GLP, GDP), QA vs QC vs Validation basics Process Validation (lifecycle approach, VMP, protocols) Equipment/Facility Validation & Commissioning-Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ, CQV) Cleaning & Sterilization Validation basics Computer System Validation (GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11) Analytical Method Validation & QC basics QA, Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control processes Medical Device Validation (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971) Industry tools awareness (TrackWise, MasterControl, LIMS, etc.) Job readiness: documentation practices, audit basics, resume/interview prep We're looking for: A trainer or subject matter expert with hands-on industry experience in Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device Quality or Validation functions Prior experience in corporate training, curriculum design, or mentoring is a strong plus Ability to simplify complex regulatory/technical concepts for entry-level learners Comfortable delivering training via virtual/online sessions (live or recorded) Open to building a modular curriculum (we're happy to collaborate on structuring content) Scope of work: Help finalize training curriculum/outline based on the topics above Deliver live or pre-recorded training sessions (mode/duration flexible — to be discussed) Provide sample templates/documents where possible (SOPs, protocols, sample reports) to support hands-on learning Available for Q&A/doubt-clearing sessions with trainees Engagement type: [Fixed price / Hourly — specify] Duration: [X weeks — specify or say "flexible, to be discussed"] Location preference: Open to trainers based in India (Hyderabad preferred) or remote/US-based experts If you have relevant industry or training experience, please share your profile, past training samples (if any), and proposed approach to cover this curriculum at a high level.
