Quality Video Editor

I’m currently building a small creative team and managing several client projects. I have already brought an AI video editor on board and am now looking for a video editor who specializes in real footage content. For me, a high-quality, long-term, and respectful collaboration is very important. What you can expect from me: • I acquire clients and bring in projects. • I carry the financial risk. • I coordinate the projects and communication. • I aim to provide consistent work whenever possible. • I edit alongside the team myself, so I understand the creative process and the challenges involved. The level of quality I’m aiming for includes strong storytelling, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and stock footage research. Some weeks there may be more, and other weeks there may be less. There could also be weeks when no videos need to be edited at all. Projects must be edited in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects. We would begin with a small paid test project.
