Qualtrics Survey Assistance

We’re developing a research-based Praise & Acknowledgment Assessment and are looking for an experienced Qualtrics survey specialist to help refine the survey design, scoring logic, and reporting structure. The assessment is intended for two audiences: • Individuals using the survey for personal reflection and leadership growth • Teams using the survey anonymously to understand patterns around praise, acknowledgment, recognition, and credit within their culture The survey is already drafted in Qualtrics. What I need now is a collaborator who can help ensure the assessment produces meaningful, actionable results for users while also generating clean, usable data for ongoing research and analysis. Key areas where I’m seeking support: • Designing scoring models and category roll-ups • Structuring reports and dashboards so results feel clear and valuable to users • Helping determine how team-level reporting should work while preserving anonymity • Advising on survey design best practices (question flow, scales, benchmarks, segmentation, etc.) • Ensuring data can later be analyzed for trends and research insights • Potentially helping create user-facing feedback/report outputs How I like to work: • Collaborative and iterative • I would like to have an initial live Zoom touchpoint to kick off the project and get on the same page (I’m in the Eastern Time Zone) Project status: • Survey draft is already built in Qualtrics • Initial categories, questions, and demographic items are drafted • Looking for guidance refining the assessment architecture and reporting experience before piloting release If you’ve worked on assessments that balance user experience, organizational insights, and research-quality data, I’d be interested in seeing examples or hearing about similar projects you’ve supported.
