Quantity Surveyor Needed for Construction Estimation & Material Takeoff

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to assist with a construction estimation project. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing accurate material takeoffs, quantity measurements, and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings. *Responsibilities:* * Review construction drawings and specifications. * Measure quantities accurately from provided plans. * Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates. * Organize estimates in a clear and professional format. * Identify any missing information or discrepancies in the drawings. * Deliver work within the agreed timeline while maintaining accuracy. *Requirements:* * Proven experience in quantity surveying or construction estimating. * Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Proficiency in estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, CostX, On-Screen Takeoff, or Microsoft Excel. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication skills and the ability to ask questions when clarification is needed. This project is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering accurate estimates and can work independently.
