Quantity Surveyor for Housing Project

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to assist with a residential housing development in Ireland. The project comprises 9 no. residential units across 4 different house types. We require the preparation of a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and/or Cost Plan to facilitate a tender process and enable main contractors to provide fixed-price proposals for the works. The successful candidate should have experience in residential construction, cost planning, tender documentation, and contractor procurement.
