Quarterly Sales tax filing

About the Position TooLuxeHair LLC is looking for an experienced professional to handle our Texas Comptroller Sales & Use Tax filings on a quarterly basis. This is an ongoing position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with Texas sales tax compliance. Responsibilities * Prepare and file quarterly Texas Sales & Use Tax returns through the Texas Comptroller. * Review our Shopify sales reports to determine taxable sales. * Ensure all filings are accurate and submitted before the quarterly deadlines. * Communicate if any additional information is needed prior to filing. * Notify us of any changes to Texas sales tax requirements that may affect our business. * Keep records of all submitted returns. Requirements * Experience filing sales tax returns with the Texas Comptroller. * Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce businesses. * Strong understanding of Texas sales tax rules. * Excellent attention to detail. * Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines. This is an Ongoing Position We are looking for someone to file our sales taxes every quarter. If everything goes well, we’d like to work with the same person long-term.
