We have an 8 minute video in Quechua that has the majority already subtitled. This is for a documentary film in Peru. We need support from a Quechua translator who can confirm the existing translations and fill in the gaps with new translations in Spanish. The preference is to work using a video editor program so you can work directly on the subtitle file for the video.
