Quick Fix – Patient Check-In / Face Recognition Workflow Issue

Looking for a freelancer to fix a specific issue in an existing patient check-in automation (n8n) that connects facial recognition matching to our patient record system. This is a small, targeted fix — not a full system build. Scope of Work: • Review the existing workflow to identify why [specific step — e.g., face match isn’t triggering the record lookup / patient data isn’t updating correctly] is failing • Fix the broken node, mapping, or API connection causing the issue • Test to confirm face-match results correctly pull/update the right patient record • Short notes on what was changed What I’ll provide: • Access to the relevant workflow (sandbox/test environment, no live patient data) • Description of expected vs. actual behavior • Any API docs/credentials needed for the face-matching or record system Ideal Freelancer: • Experienced with n8n (or Make/Zapier) and REST API/webhook troubleshooting • Comfortable working with healthcare-adjacent systems and mindful of data sensitivity, even in a test environment • Can diagnose and fix without needing a full rebuild
