Quick Graphic Edit: Move Property Marker on Neighborhood Map (Illustrator/Photoshop)

I'm looking for a graphic designer for a small, straightforward map edit. Background: I have a stylized neighborhood map (originally created for real estate marketing material). The map currently highlights a property with a large address label and a location arrow/marker. What I need: Remove the existing property label and its location marker/arrow from the map. Add a new marker with a different address instead, positioned one to two blocks away on the map — I will mark the exact spot for you. The new label/marker should match the existing style of the map (same fonts, colors, and design language) so the result looks clean and original. Clean up the area where the old label was, so no traces remain.
