Quick South African User Research Task: Download Credit Report PDFs + Record Screen

We are looking for a few South African citizens currently living in South Africa to help us test a data processing workflow. For this task, you will need to pull your own official credit reports from two specific platforms, export them as PDFs, and record a brief video showing how you navigated the process. What we need you to deliver: Two PDF Credit Reports: 1x PDF downloaded from TransUnion South Africa (via their free annual credit report portal or their consumer dashboard). 1x PDF downloaded from Experian "Up" (up.experian.co.za). Written Step-by-Step Instructions: A brief text layout detailing exactly what you clicked to navigate from the home screen of each portal to the final PDF download button. Screen Recording (Video): A simple screen recording showing the login and download process for both portals. (You do not need to show your password inputs on screen). Decryption Information (If Applicable): South African credit bureaus frequently encrypt downloaded PDF files with a security password (typically your 13-digit SA ID number). If either of your downloaded PDFs requires a password to open, you must share that password with us so our internal parser can test reading the file layout. Privacy & Redaction (PII) We are testing the visual layout structure, fonts, text coordinates, and numerical scores of these files for an automation script. You are 100% welcome to redact, blur, or black out your highly sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your full physical address, employment names, or specific bank account numbers inside the PDF or video if it makes you more comfortable. However, the overall layout, borders, labels, text blocks, and the actual numerical credit score (e.g., 650, 720) must remain completely unredacted and clearly visible. Requirements: Must have a valid South African ID and an active South African mobile number (to receive the standard bureau OTPs). Access to a computer or smartphone capable of screen recording. Ability to deliver clean, uncorrupted PDF files.
