Quick and easy recipes in your local cuisine (recipes + photos) | No AI use permitted

**We are not hiring anyone in the US for this specific project.** **We don't want AI used for any writing or recipe development or imagery. We can translate words and measurements and edit photos. Authenticity is extremely important.** We're a new global recipe app hiring local chefs and food creators from around the world to develop quick weeknight recipes from their local cuisine. For this project, you must live in the country your cuisine comes from and be able to take good photos of finished dishes in natural lighting. The Work: You'll develop and photograph original recipes that home cooks anywhere can make in 30 minutes or less on a weeknight. We want food that real families eat at home. Recipes should feel like something you'd cook for your own family on a weekday night, using commonly available ingredients. Each recipe needs to follow these constraints: – 30 minutes total time or less (20 minutes for our "quick" tier) – 10 ingredients maximum (ideally 7-8 of these are common pantry or grocery staples in your country) – One-pot or one-pan format preferred where the cuisine allows – No specialty equipment required (these are all okay: skillet, pot, sheet pan, blender, basic knife work, etc.) – Authentic flavor profile of your local cuisine, as cooked in home kitchens where you live You'll deliver each recipe in our format (template provided after hire) with one hero overhead photo plus one or two process shots, ideally in natural light. We'll provide examples. Who You Are: – You live in the country your cuisine comes from, and you cook it regularly as part of your daily life. The food you'll be developing is your own local cooking, what you grew up eating and still make at home. – You can write clearly in English (we edit for style). – You can deliver 2 recipes in a 2-week test batch and can produce 10-15 recipes in a typical month. We're currently hiring chefs and food creators from many regions including Indonesia, Korea, Mexico, Italy, China, India, and beyond. Tell us where you're from and what you cook. Having a food blog or public Instagram presence we can review is a plus. Pay Structure: For this project, we pay $15-30 USD, including ingredient costs, per recipe (negotiated based on portfolio and experience), which covers development, testing, write-up, and photography. Your face and name will be on the byline of any recipe we publish, and you will also get a chef profile page. The first 2 recipes are a paid test batch.
