QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Construction) – Cleanup + Ongoing Monthly

Description: We’re a construction company looking for a reliable bookkeeper to clean up and manage our QuickBooks Online. Our books are currently messy (mix of personal & business transactions), so the first step is a full cleanup. After that, we need ongoing monthly bookkeeping. We use: QuickBooks Online (financials) Houzz Pro (jobs, estimates, invoices) ADP (payroll) What you’ll do: Clean up QuickBooks (reconcile accounts, fix categories, separate personal/business) Set up and track owner reimbursements Monthly bookkeeping + reconciliation Track client payments (we invoice through Houzz, not QuickBooks) Record vendor payments Tag expenses to jobs (basic job costing) Send: Weekly list of missing info/questions Monthly reports (P&L, cash, basic job overview) Important: Do NOT guess — ask questions if something is unclear Must be comfortable working with messy books Must communicate clearly and stay organized Requirements: Strong QuickBooks Online experience Experience cleaning up books Some construction/job costing experience preferred To apply: Please answer: Your experience cleaning messy QuickBooks accounts Any construction/job costing experience Your monthly rate
