QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Ecommerce / Shopify Experience Preferred)

We are a US-based ecommerce business in the marine solar and off-grid power space looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our ongoing financial organization and bookkeeping processes using QuickBooks. Our business operates through multiple sales channels and payment processors, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable handling ecommerce-related bookkeeping and reconciliation work accurately and consistently. What We’re Looking For: * Strong experience with QuickBooks * Experience supporting ecommerce/Shopify-based businesses preferred * Detail-oriented and organized * Strong reconciliation and reporting skills * Comfortable working with multiple transaction sources and payment platforms * Good communication and responsiveness Responsibilities: * Ongoing bookkeeping and transaction categorization * Bank and credit card reconciliations * Reconciliation of ecommerce/payment processor transactions * Monthly financial reporting support * Identifying discrepancies or bookkeeping issues proactively * Maintaining organized and accurate financial records Ideal Experience: * QuickBooks Online * Ecommerce bookkeeping * Shopify / Stripe / PayPal reconciliation experience * US-based business bookkeeping experience preferred * Inventory-based business experience is a plus To Apply Please include: * Your QuickBooks experience and certifications (if any) * Examples of ecommerce or Shopify businesses you’ve supported * Types of bookkeeping/reconciliation tasks you typically handle * Your experience working with US-based businesses We are looking for someone reliable, accurate, proactive, and easy to communicate with for an ongoing working relationship.
