QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed for CPA Review Schedules — Phase 1 Only

I need a QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to prepare CPA-review schedules from an already organized financial document package. Please answer all screening questions directly — applications that skip them or reply "let's discuss" will not be considered. This is Phase 1 only — organizing existing records into clean schedules so my CPA can review and decide final treatment. Not tax advice, legal advice, or final accounting conclusions. Records available (via Google Drive): 2022–2024 P&Ls and balance sheets, monthly P&L detail, Owner Pay/Draw review files, audit transaction lists, categorization rules, plus Jan–May 2025 P&L, balance sheet, owner-draw, rent/lease, and utilities detail, and current bank activity. Prepare clean Excel/Google Sheets schedules covering: (1) business-paid personal expenses, (2) owner draws, (3) owner investments, (4) rent & utilities, (5) vehicle payments, (6) deposits, (7) a "Needs CPA Review" list, (8) an income-support summary if the files allow. Rules: Don't make tax or legal conclusions. Don't decide final income. Don't change QuickBooks directly. Don't guess — mark unclear items "Needs CPA Review." Follow the existing chart of accounts. Deliverables: one workbook, a tab per schedule, transaction-level detail, monthly category totals, tie-out notes (which report each schedule came from), a "Needs CPA Review" tab, a missing-documents list, and a short written summary of what's complete/partial/missing. Confidentiality: sensitive financial records — must be kept confidential and never reused or shown as work samples. Files shared via Google Drive; no bank login access; QuickBooks access (if ever) is view-only with written approval.
